The Problem¶
Regional transport markets needed a reliable, locally-adapted ride-hailing solution that could compete with global platforms but serve local payment methods, languages, and infrastructure constraints. Existing solutions were either too expensive to license or didn't fit local operational realities.

RapydCover delivers a complete ride-hailing ecosystem with separate apps for passengers and drivers, backed by a robust operations platform. Key capabilities:
- Passenger app — request rides, track drivers live, pay in-app
- Driver app — receive ride requests, navigate, manage earnings
- Real-time GPS tracking with map integration
- Dynamic pricing engine based on demand and distance
- In-app payments with multiple payment methods
- Admin dashboard for fleet management, dispute resolution, and analytics
